They laughed at my wife when she tried to get the store manager to fix our two month old laptop, purchased at the Mt Dora store, with all the protection plans needed. We called Corporate, went throuhg three liars and finally decided, we will let the Court make the decision...hard to believe Office Depot does not have common sense, only a bunch of people out of the country trying to make you wait on the line until you get tired, that is not me, so, tomorrow I head to small claims and let the Judge figure it out...this will be... read more

Friendly and very helpful staff Great sales
I felt there was no customer service and the I formation I did get was incorrect. I went to Walmart and found exactly what I wanted. I won't be coming back to Office Depot again.
