Totally appalling customer service in your managerial teams and customer service center. 4 bad experiences in less than 24 hours. 4 days later and still not refunded for charged assessed in error!
Its too bad that with so many businesses going fully online, those that are still around don't value customer service. Tonight I tried to get some posters printed and a woman named Cathy was NOT very helpful. The first words out of her mouth were not "hello, how are you" they were "I hope you don't expect to get this tonight". How sad. Not what I expected. So anti-social I felt awkward asking questions....not ever again
One of the worst stores is the Crossroads Mall location. Don't go there! A friend went to get some work done and was verbally abused by a staff member who was working the printing desk. She was horrified but luckily she pressed tape on her phone and caught the guy berating her. It was disgusting! She said nothing to the guy and he just opened up in front of customers and another employee. I will certainly not ever go there!
