The young lady with black long hair cashier ignored me when I was on the line waiting for her and she was available to assist me without anyone in front of her. Another couple came on the other side of the cashier, cutting me off and she never acknowledge me. I submitted my cartridge to Solange, who was very nice and apologize for the co-worker. I have no problem with the product. I do have a problem with the lack of customer service. I asked the sales clerk whether she could go over the instructions as to how to set up the product and her answer was we only sell the product. We are not supposed to know how it works. To me that is appalling. I was a customer rep for many years and if I had given an answer like that I would have been fired on the spot. Doesn't anyone care anymore? Probably my last visit to Office Max.
