Their employee was helping us with printers and showed us one on sale which also included a tradein discount. When we returned a few days later with our tradein, were told the sale and tradein offer were over, 3 days earlier than the date the employee gave us. Sorry, out of luck.
Understaffed and unfriendly! Busiest weekend of the month in a college town and they have a line from the front the door to the back wall with only two registers going. Ridiculous!
