Disappointed that when I bought an office chair, it was not in stock. I still wanted this particular chair and the staff assured me that I could have it delivered to my address the next day. So I paid for it, got my receipt emailed to me and went about my business. Delivery was scheduled between 8am & 5pm on 15th February and I stayed home all day. Here it is, now 7pm and my order has still not turned up. Come on Office Depot/Max, get your act together and act upon your promises.
Every time I enter this store I am consistently ignored so my visits are few and far between. Today I came to purchase a computer upwards of $700 yet more attention was given to the customers not buying. This is consistent for this location. I will not be returning.
