Customer service was not important at all. In fact, a worker decided (during mid transaction) to go drink her coffee a friend brought her and handed me off to another person who didn’t help. On my way out the door I let two other “chatting” workers know that there was no one there that was helpful. Do not go there unless it’s a last resort.
I have never write post but tonight, I am very disappointed. Waiting properly behind two people ahead of me with 3 children under 8 was not an issue. However, upon my turn, someone was waiting with me at pick up by now while I am waiting for my turn to get my stamp. As we’re call, I went ahead. I felt so ignored. Customer service ask for what the pick up needed and finished her stuff while in the middle, ask me to write the address needed for my stamp. Trish price-matched a product we wanted but was out of stock. Pam was our sales person. This is customer service. Previously we bought a laptop there, but this is top-notch service. We will shop here again. Thank you.
So I go to order my notary stamp. Guy has absolutely no clue what he is doing. At least fake it or ask for help! I’m sure Elaine Marshall....secretary of state wouldn’t appreciate me using her name as mine...on my stamp! When I tell him this...still he is clueless and puts my name where the county goes...and leaves Elaine Marshall on the stamp. At this point, I ask for my paperwork and leave. Seriously??????? Aggravating
Great service! Needed something last minute and they came through with a far superior product than i brought in.
