Incompetent copy and print employees time and time again
Unfortunately, this Office Depot has horrendous customer service -- at least the print department. I've had multiple problems with it in recent months. I've spoken with their manager about it many times and while he is nice and tries to make things right, I'm done. They didn't bother to acknowledge the job I sent Thursday (even though I asked for an e-mail response). a big Merry Christmas Shout out to my local Office Depot! We recently purchased a computer desk in stock, and then ordered a file cabinet to match...to be delivered. It was delivered the very next day (awesome!) but I didn't notice until after the delivery truck left, that I had ordered the wrong size...and the one delivered was twice the width that I wanted. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING YOU MANY, MANY TIMES, BUT YOU ARE TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE. WHEN I DID SPEAK TO SOMEONE, HIS ANSWERS MADE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. EVERYTHING I SEE THAT YOU ADVERTISE, IS NOT TRUE AND DOES NOT HAVE AN OUNCE OF TRUTH IN IT. I TOOK 3 SURVEYS ABOUT 5 WEEKS AGO. I DID NOT GET ANY REWARDS CERTIFICATES, EITHER INSTANTLY AS YOUR RECEIPT STATES, NOR BY EMAIL. YOU DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR INK CARTRIDGES I HAVE LEFT.
