My husband and I went into Office Depot today looking for a file cabinet. When my husband asked the manager for help she said ‘what’? ‘I can’t lift a file cabinet!’ We said nothing about her lifting a file cabinet only that we wanted to buy one. Not how you greet customers. Then the cabinet we wanted was the floor model and she refused to sell it to us. We will not be going back to Office Depot due to the rude and unprofessional customer service.
They no longer offer UPS drop off, which is a big problem for me. In addition, the line for drop offs, shredding etc. is only manned by one person and can be painfully slow at time. The staff is always pleasant, there are just not enough of them during busy times.
The staff is always polite and attentive. They always have the items I need stocked.
