Whoever the redhead with glasses working today was rude as hell. I rarely ever go into office depot. I did not know how their process for picking up online orders went. before she would even look for my order she was demanding that I give her the price of my order before she would even look for it. It was prepaid by another coworker, so I had no idea. The whole thing was just inconvenient and there is no reason to be as hateful and ugly as this employee is.
The Fayetteville location dropped the ball - Springdale picked it up and ran with it. Make the drive to Springdale - well worth it. Customer service is highly superior!
