A complete lack in customer service by management! I found a set of pencils and could not find a price. When I took them to the front register with the rest of my items for check out, I inquired about the price. The cashier scanned the pencils, and then called the manager over to confirm the price (the pencils rang up for 1¢). The female manager, who appeared to be on her way out, stated, "Oh NO. Office Depot is a little older and might could use a few upgrades on equipment; however their team is top of the line. Tonight, they took great care of us. We were shopping for computer accessories for our Fayetteville Boys & Girls Club's computer lab when several of the guys shared their experiences there and delighted that some kids who don't have luxury computers at home are getting new gear and some attention paid to those who might love a career in STEM fields. I love this town.

When the Fayetteville store failed to resolve a simple return issue, the Springdale location was more than happy to assist. Make the drive people! Well worth it.
