Teach their employees to talk slower, not always to be in a hurry to get you out of their hair.
I’m not one to leave a bad review for a company, but they REALLY need to work on their customer service. I’ve been in at least 5 times for very simple jobs. Each time, staff makes it seem like you’re putting them out of their way and can be very rude. Example: I had a staff tell me I made a job difficult for him with how I sent pictures through email and said I should’ve sent a PDF. It was only 13 pictures. 3/5 times I’ve had jobs done here, they’ve been incorrect and some of the pictures have been cut off. Really unfortunat... read more
The staff was less than helpful when it came to getting copies made. In my time in the store I talked to 3 different employees all whom had different answers as to whether or not my print job could be completed by my deadline. In the end I ended up walking away after standing around for 30 minutes with my questions unanswered and being extremely frustrated.
Staff was difficult to work with and not willing to do what I asked with my project materials. The company discount card I have used before didn't work for the same items that it worked on at a different location. Overall not a great experience and I will go back to using FedEx Office for my project needs in the future.
