RecommendedThis local Office Depot has the BEST customer service. Ordered a desk online for my front office at the CPR Center and there was a defective piece. Corporate customer service refused to help - wanted me to send the whole desk back that I had already started assembling. The customer service rep was very rude and didn't seem to be concerned that it was an inconvenience to me. Stopped by today to have copies made of a scrollsaw pattern. I asked how much they would charge for a 18" X 24" copy and was told $39.00 each. I went up the road to the Fed Ex store and had them made for $2.49 each.
I have never left a negative review for anyone. However, I will never buy another thing for personal or business use from this store. I purchased a computer. It was sold to me as a brand new item. There was a password and username on the PC, and I've never been able to login to it. The manager, Sharon was truly the rudest person in retail that I've ever dealt with in my life. She told me she "wasn't going to fix it," and walked away. It's a $500 lesson, but I can promise they just lost the thousands we spend there in a year.
