I have been trying to figure out why over the last 3 years, I was never receiving credit for my recycled ink cartridges... they never even showed up on my account.. well I carried 3 returns last month,, it finally showed up.. but I just discovered that in addition to making the $10 minimal purchase you have to spend enough each month to earn 1000 credits or you don't receive your credit.. so I guess that's why I never received my credits for the 15 or so cartridges I have returned, yet OD never explained this....... well,, t... read more
