This store is a joke. Day 1. After purchasing a desk and chair online, the desk was supposed to be available for pickup from the store within the hour. After arriving at the store and presenting my confirmation number no one could locate my order. They sent me away with a promise it would be in the system the following day. Day 2. Super clean and well stocked, friendly helpful employees helped me get notebooks and labels I needed. I always have good experiences at this location.
I was in your store last week. I dread going into large stores because I have to look and look to find what I want. A very nice young lady asked me upon entering the store if she could help me. She showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for. Her name is Terra. She was busy putting out merchandise but she took the time to put the customer first. The lady that works the print/ copy counter is the rudest person I have dealt with in a very long time! I was getting wedding invitations printed and she kept making very snoody uncalled for comments.. She was helping me then stopped mid sentence and started helping the person behind me... needless to say it took me an hour to get 25 prints made! I will never go back to this store!
