First thing you can do it make sure the company you use to delivered your product does just that. I stayed home all day today for the delivery of a printer that never arrived. I called your 800 number several times to get an update on my delivery. Called your store only to be told it was attempted at 6 pm by the courier. That was a lie. I have been sitting right on my couch next to my front door. Office Max has my money but I don't have my printer.
