I went in around 10 am to get a set of blue prints printed out. I was told they had no idea when they were going to be ready that they would give me a call when they had them ready. i never got a call so i went back at around 3 PM. to find out that they hadn't even started to print them. I was told it was going to be a few minute to wait around the store if I wanted to, so I did. I left the store at around 6 pm. Not just the big thing's but the little things always there for me....
The first lady left me standing there, after she said we will get it figured out, she walked off. Andy was also unprofessional, his comment of "do your shopping for You" in a sarcastic tone didn't help. Took my purchase order and left. Guess they don't want business with businesses.
It really helps your shopping trip whether it be business or personal to have a smiling person greet you always as you walk in the doors and a friendly , Is there anything I can help you look for today." Makes every experience so much more wonderful. Thanks!
