lol @ this Well maybe if you would look at your coupon and read where it says "not in store, online or phone orders only" you would not have this problem. Your problem is you try to squeeze every little bit out from Officedepot that you can. Your coupons are from a company/website not dealing with Office Depot. Pathetic while handling coupons I've had a couple of bad experiences with them. There are some coupons that cash back sites provide and those when used along with rebate offers, are not being accepted in the local store. The manager is quite rude and talks as though she is doing a favor to us. The same coupon is honoured on the phone. Not sure about what they want from the customer. Weird!
