Connie, in shipping and printing, was such a godsend tonight. She helped find an easel and box and carefully packed both the poster board I had printed and the easel to make sure everything arrived safely. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and helpfulness!

3rd time they have failed to complete a print order.
I picked out return labels online last night and used the office Depot live chat feature. I was assured through there that I could pick up the exact labels I wanted in a roll at the store today while they made them in house. I got here only to find that it is not possible to get rolls like that because they must be ordered out. After this was explained Travis at the printing center designed what I wanted and sized them perfectly, printing them in sheets.
