Laptop Update: not only was Steven @ Office Depot able to retrieve & transfer my photos to my external hard drive (for $30 less than Best Buy) he also fixed the broken power button & saved the laptop (at no extra charge) Add to that he took it in immediately (no appointment) and was so friendly!! Was there earlier today with my mother. Lady in printing section was so rude and unprofessional! Pretty sure her name was Jessica. If you're a business trying to sell stuff why would you hire someone with no customer service skills? Wow!
Brought my BRAND NEW paperback book in to be coil bound and laminated. Got the book back two days later and my book was laminated over pen marks, scrape marks and dirt smudges that WERE NOT there before. For a job that costs more than my book does I really expected my book to be taken better care of. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
