Always helpful and care about customer service
just sent some papers via fax...they failed to tell me that the charge was $2.49 per page for long distance. this is ridiculous especially since this was not disclosed...do NOT fax anything from here!
I had to get something faxed, they did not tell me how much each page cost until afterward. They should let customers know..it's not like stuff gets faxed that often, and it's expensive. 2 dollars a page? Ridiculous. There should be a sign or something.... Let them know before you screw them out of their money.
