I bought a chair on a Monday and asked if they could put it together for me. they said yes for a charge. I agreed. then they stated that they couldn't do it right then, they would call when it was done. I went in on Thursday night to ask if my chair was together yet, and it was......noone every bothered to call. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Helpful and very courteous... even if they are wearing onesie's.. it's 2020 it's fine! LOL
The staff is always so helpful and curtious😀
