Worst service and poorest communication we have ever experienced at an office supply store. We have come to this store for years, and all we wanted was a chair. We will not return.

It's always a punishing experience to shop at Office Depot. I fled to their co. to escape Office Max. When they merged the standard went to sub-zero, in terms of staff being willing to help. They stopped sending out coupons and any attempt to shop on their site is just as deflating. I was certain the person on chat was a computer until I asked. Unless she's programmed to say, "No. Person."
