Recommendedno sooner did I walk into the laptop section there is a gentleman that approached me and asked if I needed help. I don't know much about laptops but he was able to understand what I needed help with. He was very familiar with where everything was in the store. And took me right to all the Necessities I needed.
manager with purple hair is incredibly rude...oh and dont bring a big purse or they will tell you to leave it in the car to get stolen
If I could give them a -5 I would. Print department totally sucks, is slow, constantly messes up, and will rush peoples jobs that are walk ins and then not do the orders that were placed over 24 hours ago. I order online and prepay yet I will still be in the store for over 10 min waiting for help. When I place an online order I ask for a phone call letting me know it's done, that never happens.
Very disappointed in your customer service. I wanted to mail a thank you card to the U.K. Supervisor didn't know what she was doing and before we even started told me I should leave and go to the post office. I said I'm here and would like to try. I typed in all the info and she came over, chose package (not envelope), then left to help another customer. When she returned, she finished putting in the info for package (again it was a small card envelope) and told me it was going to be $46. She didn't even weigh it. You should... read more
The South Hill Office Depot has some great employees, but are usually always busy. If you are patient, you will get excellent service. My absolute favorites employees are Cameron and Amber from the copy center. Both are most helpful. With my National organization, Chris the store Manager is also very helpful by giving us discounts. All you need to do is ASK, and as the Bible says, in most cases, you will receive. He does try his best!
Easy to return things. Decent customer service. I mean they didn't do the typical can I help you find something. When I had a question they answered it though.
