I ordered online for in-store pickup, then waited around at the store while one guy was taking a print order and a bunch of other people were standing around, doing nothing. I finally had to leave without my merchandise, for which I've already paid. It's just one small item I need for my business. Why couldn't someone help me?
I normally wouldn't bother writing a review for a store like this, but their customer service here is just the best. Every time I come in everybody is ridiculous nice and super helpful. As long as they are there, they will have my business!
