OD told me that I cannot send an email order as I have been doing for years; I have to do it "online." We can't. #1, the system's limits don't allow us to tell it how to correctly process our printing. #2, it won't take the Store Purchasing Card. That HAS to be presented in person. OD's people told me I have to come into the store. When I said "Your store is 20 miles away, and I don't want to make two 20-mile trips," the manager said, "You can wait for it." Me: "No, I can't.
