I came in last night to have something printed. The girl was nice but before she was totally done with me she called another customer and only printed half my job. When I got home I realized she printed it with the option to shrink to fit. This ruined it and I had to get it reprinted this morning (elsewhere), throwing off my schedule and costing me more money.

Poor service, one slow cashier and 3 other employees not doing much I walked out and will spend my money elsewhere
I always use this Office Depot for all of my office needs, but not any more. I was in a bind this morning and they wouldn't help me. Seriously, what does it take to turn on a copy machine? #UPS to the rescue.
