Called up there this afternoon to ask if they carried replacement chargers for laptops and the girl that answered didn't even know, put me on hold for quite a bit and when she picked up again had to ask what i had called about for the second time. She found my answer finally and i asked what the starting prices were, she proceeded to tell me to hold on and then i got hung up on.

Sammie, Ashlyn and Philip were the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the service industry and actually saved the day printing invitations for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Sammie was determined to find a way to make these work and Ashlyn actually got them finished a day earlier than expected. I am SO happy I could cry. THANK YOU OFFICE DEPOT! Your people are amazing!
I'm standing here right now and your sale associate Ashlee was extremely rude. She printed my order wrong and then tried to blame me for it. Then she tried to check me out before I was done and said that she could print the rest of my order because she had to go. She then helped more customers and then passed me off to John. This was at 3:30 on 5/30.
