They refused to help me with a warranty problem on a product I bought there! I have to deal with the manufacturer! Why buy from the local store anymore if they refuse to help? Online ordering is putting them out of business! Now, I will never buy from the store again and order online from ANOTHER COMPANY! BEWARE, they are NOT customer friendly!
This is the best Office Depot I've ever been to. Ashley was beyond helpful, she helped me get everything I was looking for. Their printing services are incredibly professional and I'm blown away. The printer was being a little problematic but they worked with me and printed it until we got it right. Talk about customer service. I'll be coming back here again next time for sure!

I went in to get some large copies made of a map and had great help and service from Dorothy Lohr. She did an excellent job and while taking care of my order I watched her juggle 10 other customers. Thanks for your help.
Their printer stopped working during the middle of printing my business cards, so they KEPT the bad ones in my order. Luckily I checked them before leaving the store... But they still looked horrible, even after re-printing them. They told me it would be on very thick paper, and it wasn't. I would've been better off doing them myself.
