Customer service is terrible. It takes them 15 minutes to wait on person. I wanted small sticky labels, but the ones they sold me wouldn't peal..
Around 1:00 pm to 1:20 pm on 5/19, the two ladies in the front were not openly helpful. It's like the difference between a used car lot and a Dollar General during stocking time. They see you, they see you need help, but they admit to neither.
UPDATED. Local store mgr made it right. Ordered a coffee maker. Picked up at store. Order qualified for $15 virtual gift card. Never received. Called customer support. After lengthy explanation, I was told issue would go to higher level and I would be contacted. Zero contact. Subsequent orders have gone and will continue to go elsewhere.
Terrible coustomer service.
A lack of planning on my part became an emergency for Office Depot. Alexis was so kind and patient helping me when I came in close to closing and needed special assistance with the self serve printer. Highly recommend this location for anyone who needs crisp color printing done last minute!
