Angela goes the extra mile to understand her clients' needs. She shows confidence in communication and product knowledge, and will often exceed customer expectations. She has timely completed my requests, and gives product suggestions that meets my requirements and budget.
We placed an order not expecting it until the following day and it showed up the same day. The driver is always positive and I would highly recommend ordering from them.
Our office has used OCE for many years over 15 years + and have always received superior service. Never in all these years have we ever experienced an unfriendly or unknowledgeable OCE staff member. Supplies are most generally in stock and delivered the next day. Rarely do we have a backordered item. Online or catalog if an item is not listed a phone call to OCE will generally give you the item and cost.
