Poor service. Offering no solution to the problem. Selected Office 11211 as my local office with iPostal1 mail forwarding. The two independent businesses have their own competitive interests at heart not the customer.
Absolutely horrible service, especially from the woman who works there. Someone needs to get her fired. She is horrendously rude and literally told me that my call is useless and refused to help me with a package I cannot track. I only go there when I absolutely need to, but this was the last time.
I’ve given this place so many chances. Never been impressed with prices or service and today was last straw. Super rude workers. This is first review I’ve ever written about any place. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS two blocks away on N 7th. So much friendlier and helpful.
One of the lady out there was so rude. The guy I’m doing business or handling me in the line, ask me how much is the value of my �. I told him around $100-150. The the lady boss or something put nothing on it. What a shame. Is there any package doesn’t have any value on it??

Fed Ex dealership that can't guarantee Fed Ex Delivery times! Unapologetic and aggressive owner who was terribly un-understanding to me knowing well I was pregnant and the Fed Ex I was sending was in regard to getting medical insurance on time. Will not go here again. Lack of compassion meets inefficiency here!
I love 11211 and all the staff. I've been a client for five years. They take my mail, help me send things out, even the occassional fax. Old fashioned great personal service which is sadly a scarce phenomenon. Very sad for the recent passing of Jose, one of the regular staff. And for some of the other reviews complaining of long queues - have you been to a NYC USPS office lately?
