The folks at Offero were with me from the beginning. They gave me an offer that fit my situation, streamlining the whole process from start to finish. I've been sitting on a family property since college and, after accepting a job offer out of state, needed to sell quickly. With Offeros' help, I was able to move in time, and, with enough money to cushion my start in a new career.
No stars is real rating. Signed contract, after 20 day inspection period I asked where the earnest money deposit was and Offero cancelled the contract. Not sure what the business model is but just happy to be done with this outfit. Yes I read all the reviews, asked them about it, they said they closed 90% of their deals. Feel like someone is not being truthful....
If you’re a contractor, do NOT work for Offero Home Buyers. I called in many favors in order to complete their project on time. It’s been over 8 months and to this day I have not been paid and haven’t been able to contact them.
This company will make false promises. Flat out lie to you then ghost you once they have what they want. Sell your property yourself or list with an agent. STAY AWAY FROM OFFERO!!!
Beware. They contacted me unsolicited in June 2022. Made offer to buy rental property we own in Fla. Came to agreement with closing in Sept 2022 using their hybrid 60 day plan. Contract signed. Called them to ask about closing. Told me they were breaking contract and not going through with deal.
