Signed up for healthcare when these folks came to the restaurant where im employed. Two months later i have received no health card nor any information what so ever. Have reached out, and been trying to contact my representative for over a month. Left four voicemails. Couldn't be more displeased with their lack of customer service and professionalism. Potential patrons beware: seems like they have no problem taking your money then ghosting. Zero out of five stars.
The people are wonderful. They are patient and conscientious. You feel like an important part of their day and not just another policy holder. I would never choose to take my business elsewhere.
