I began working with Offenbachers Great Escapes in 2019. I have continued to go to Offenbacher's ever since. I keep adding to my original purchases and now have beautiful outside furniture which fits well within the confines of my deck and my "pocketbook". I recently went into Offenbachers in Rockville, MD to look at an Adirondack chair. Scott King was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also offered information I hadn’t even thought to ask on several different brands. Several days later I went back and placed an order. I had never been in an Offenbachers before but I will definitely be back for other purchases.
Oppenbachers did a wonderful job helping me select and install a hot tub on my roof deck. Rod Jones of their staff was particuarly helpful and always "went the extra mile" for us whenever complications arose.
I had a fantastic experience working with Scott at Offenbacher’s Rockville. While I wasn’t quite sure what route to go when planning my new back patio, Scott walked me through the different options and helped me understand what I should be looking for knowing I wanted to buy the long term. Will definitely be coming back as I add new pieces to my outdoor set!
Was sold a swim spa cover, 9 months old the cover is holding more water then the replaced cover. I called, asked for help, warranty declined due to the placement of the windows in my home. (two windows over spa, one window absolutely perfect, second window over the filter side of spa completely defective) The cover continues to hold water over the filter side/ heavy jet side, that is where the older covered failed as well. Buyer beware, they will not help warranty this items. Look elsewhere.
