I took my child here for the first time and I was extremely dissapointed. The ball pit had trash and food wrapping and tissues in it. So gross......also alot of the foam floor blocks are coming up and its causing a tripping hazard. My son kept falling from that. Also was dissapointed there weren't more arcade games there was like 2 claw machines and 2 games could add more.
I am sharing my experience and my and my sisters experience my sister elderberry her son's bday party here not long ago and she said it was really expensive for the room. They did a bubble party that was part of the package and everyone was dissapointed it was maybe a total of 20 seconds of bubbles and everyone was dissapointed. It should have been a few minutes long for the price she told me she paid. We had 2 year olds birthday there today and the staff was awesome! Caden especially was awesome. He helped setting things up and helped with the food.
We had our 2 year olds birthday here and it was perfect! Caden was an amazing host, he was super helpful and made sure it ran smoothly. He was a pleasure to work with and we were so happy with how the party went. The kids had a blast, the parents enjoyed too! We will absolutely party at Off the Wall Kidz again, and we would definately recommend Caden as a party host!
