Brought my son here just to celebrate his birthday! The staff was wonderful and my son had a blast especially since we got there just as kids left so he had the place to himself. Talk about feeling like a king 🤴
When small businesses start putting profit over their customers, it shows. This place used to be so clean and after not being here for a year, it is now filthy and the mats popping up and coming apart in the baby area is a hazard. The basketball game hasn’t worked in forever (why?) and the floors are disgusting. My goal here is only to encourage some sort of change with management.
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Petra helped coordinate our son's birthday party and we could not have been happier! Communication was great and every detail was covered. It took all the stress out of planning our son's birthday party. Kids all had a blast too. Highly recommend this facility for an event.
We visited Off the Wallz as a field trip group of ~25 kids, and there was more than enough space for us to have a great time! Our group was made of 1st through 4th graders, and they all had a great time in the "big kid" area and with the arcade games. We were there for several hours, and the kids stayed entertained. The pizza lunch was good and alternate options were available a la carte for kids with dietary restrictions. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist us as needed.
