We had a great time here today playing! However I have concerns regarding accessibility. When I reached out to their staff regarding access2 and allowing my husband in they seemed to think only children qualified as disabled so that’s concerning. Also they forced my husband with mobility issues to wear socks in their play area, causing an additional hazard for him due to his balance being difficult without the added concern- but thankfully their area was kept clean just at the cost of his safety. It was our first time visiting, and we were really looking forward to our daughter having a fun time. We booked online and noticed there was a “free infant” option when paying for a toddler, but when we arrived, we still had to pay for another adult. On the website, we booked for 2 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and only had to pay for 1 toddler. It would be helpful if the charges were made clearer on the website. WORST play place I've ever been to. TAKES 10 MINS just to get in the door to have your kid play have to fill out two waivers and they can't even restart the waiver when you started if you make any mistakes don't waste your time and place is completely empty anyway. Upon getting in nothing is turned on or working and even with nobody here there is others garbage left and nobody cleaning it up.
Extremely rude customer service- I would give them a zero if I could. The girl working the front desk hated her life working here. Our youngest grandchild had to go pee and she had a problem letting him use the bathroom until the waiver was signed. I was frantically working on trying to complete but they take time. She was rude never cracked a smile and she was rolling her eyes every question I asked.
