I just wanted to express my absolute gratitude to the Team at Off The Wall Automotive and Towing after a bit of drama on the way home from the Phillip Island race meeting. My tow vehicle decided it had enough and burned a hole through a piston on the trip back. I don’t write many reviews, but the great, old-school customer service Lachlan gave me this week is worthy of some words. I called up with an aircon issue in my car (right in time for summer) and claimed I had already done the simple checks. Lachlan encouraged me to swing past so he could check out some things before booking me into the workshop. I’ve had my Ute serviced a couple times now from the blokes down at Off the Wall and each time they’ve done a fantastic job. Second time around I had my Ute tuned and now it runs like a dream. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Cheers lads!
I was passing through Cairns for a week and needed new front brakes for my Silverado on short notice. Lachlan did everything he could to help — quick to respond, clear in his communication, and went out of his way to try and make it happen before I had to leave. In the end, my own timing delays meant we couldn’t go ahead, but I really appreciated the effort he put in to try to make it work.
