Overall great experience, service was chill and relatively quick, food tasted really good, and the interior design is cozy
Off the Waffle is a must try if you're ever in Eugene. Its one of the stops that I always make. I even take a cooler specifically to take home a few 6 packs (frozen waffles). My favorite is the Self Fulfilling Prophecy. Its a perfect waffle if you like savory and sweet. Add some cheese to complete the savory. We also got the sampler, the Nutella and Strawberries was really good. Honestly, just the waffle with butter is amazing, you dont even need syrup.
Arrived around 11:10a, staff seemed pretty tied up. Ordered food and hot coffee. Coffee was self serve but there were no cups. I found a table and sat down. Next folks came in about 10-15 mins later and ordered and I overhead them say food could be about 20 mins delayed, so thought to myself, cool my food should be up soon. They restocked the self serve area so finally got a chance to grab my coffee. Sit down to wait and sip on my coffee and definitely see other people are also still waiting for food. LOVE! One of my fav places in Eugene to get breakfast. Not your ordinary waffles.
