It was my son and I first time visiting Off The Top and we had a great first experience! The barber shop was clean organized and upbeat. The music set a positive tone/vibe. The only negative I would say it I wish it was a bit more spacious, but Steve is the man!! He made my son feel welcome as he sat in the chair and got a fresh cut. As a professional, how do you have numbers on flyers all of Houston and the number doesn't work. I wanted to be a customer but im finding it HARDDDDDDDDD to find professional in Houston. I take any form of customer service seriously and as a newbie to Houston, this is not it. Bad for business.
