Frank Minard (owner of Off the Streetz) had a Rewaco motorcycle dealership in my building. He was evicted for not paying rent and not paying a construction debt close to $20,000. He refused to vacate for over a month and tried to keep me from entering my building. I don't recommend renting or doing business with him. He also owns a a trucking company. Turns out I am not the only one he owes money to.
