The first councillor I saw was an absolute b***h who treated me like everything was my fault (I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety). Luckily the next one was fantastic. However, I had to miss 3 appointments, all of which I phoned them up at least 48 hours before hand. The first was because of food poisoning and the second was because of the flu.
