Today I had some extra time to kill so I stopped by Off the Rails Burger Bar for a quick lunch. I am so glad I decided to try something new. On walking in (plenty of parking, I had a front row spot too), the owner immediately greeted me and welcomed me in. I told him it was my first time, so he gave me a nice run down of everything he offers, then helped recommend a good combo for me to try. I had a custom made burger that was cooked to perfection. I’m very, very, VERY picky when it comes to burgers. I rarely give one a 10. This spot gets an 11. Did a build your own and specd it the way I’d want it, and they delivered fully. I greatly appreciate the thick cut bacon being crispy as well. This is such an underrated detail. The pretzel bun was baked to perfection. The details that matter were nailed.
