Terrible service. Waited forever to get seated. The guy in front of us waited until he had to whistle to get their attention. We got sat and she took eternity to bring waters. She apologized for the wait and thanked for the patience. While we waited went to the bathroom. There was a dirty diaper in The women’s bathroom on the changing table. Excellent lunch break for my survey team and I. We ate here two days in a row. First day we had burgers and they were delish. I had the one with tomato jam and it tasted amazing. All my coworkers were satisfied. Next day we switched it up and I got the Greek salad with avocado. Best tomatoes I’ve had in a while, amazing fresh veggies. Gave us the energy and good spirits we needed for the rest of the day. Staff was so nice and checked on us often.
Our experience at Off the Rails was outstanding from start to finish. We brought a larger group, which can be difficult to please, especially after having less-than-great experiences at several other restaurants. Off the Rails exceeded our expectations in every way. Enjoyed a brunch with our group of friends. The food was good, but they could have been more timely with my food. The place has great atmosphere and was clean.
