Extremely friendly staff. The protein smoothie I got was the PB Chocolate Cup. It was extremely refreshing and filling for a meal replacement.
Endless delicious selections and a great calming atmosphere to enjoy and the nicest staff you'd ever want to meet.
Had just finished a workout and needed a good, healthy protein shake. One I didn’t have to make lol. First time in and highly recommend! Met the owner of the shop Faith. Such a great spirit that filled the room. Treated as if you were known there, which was very welcoming. I got the butterfinger shake and a tea because I was suffering after that workout. Great locally owned spot!
Great selection! awesome staff! Everything I've tried has been great! My go-to place after the gym for some protein. Their energy teas are pretty Lit as well!
