I'm so glad I chose this place. I was nervous at first but once we got downstairs to the prom dress area I felt a lot better. The girls are so nice! The dress I fell in love with was chosen by one of the workers. Great selection overall
Had a fantastic experience at Off the Rack. Willow was extremely helpful and sweet. She made sure I had what I needed, but also gave me space to ponder decisions on my own. I appreciated that she wasn’t overbearing as some other bridal shops can be, I felt she truly had my best interest at heart. I felt so comfortable there due to her kindness and left with an amazing dress that I am so happy with. 🤍

I had the most amazing experience today, and found the perfect dress for my wedding! Willow and the other girl helping me were beyond helpful. (So sorry, but I completely forgot her name ) I can’t recommend this place enough!
Walked in looking for a special occasion dress. It was very clean and organized even with the hundreds of dresses. Everyone we spoke to was very welcoming, it wasn’t an overwhelming shopping experience even with the amount of people shopping. I ended up finding a very unique dress that fit perfectly. Good prices, awesome selection, and friendly staff.
