My friend and I are both engaged and we went to off the rack bridal just to browse wedding dresses. They said that they welcome walk ins so we thought we could at least browse even if we don’t try anything on. Right when we walked in, the older lady at the counter told us we cannot come in and asked us to leave since we did not have an appointment and we asked her if we could just look around and she said no and asked us to leave the store. They have a large store, with lots of dresses. But you are not allowed to look through them with the bride. And the owner is not very welcoming as you enter. We appreciated the prices.
🩷 This was our first and only stop this prom season. We have always been impressed with the selection, and reasonable prices. SUPER happy with their customer service, as we spoke with multiple ladies working there and all were wonderful. It was easy to shop. Easy to use the fitting rooms and larger mirrors. A pleasant and relaxing environment! I would highly recommend checking out Off the Rack Bridal World!
WOW! Words can't express the amazing experience we had at Off the Rack Bridal World. The store was so well organized and clean. It was a fun, easy, and no pressure experience. It was a breath of fresh air to have an assortment of dresses at more affordable prices!
