Rude people helping. Woman who owned the place acted like we were intruding on her day. We had an appt and she said we didn't have the correct time. Gowns were stained and dirty.
LouAnn is a warm and friendly lady. She went over everything so there were no surprises. Wonderful selection of not only wedding apparel but wedding decor, prom dresses, and formal dress wear for men as well as women.
Holy cow do they have bridal dresses! Like SO many dresses!! We didn't go to look at wedding dresses this. Lol Bought my daughters prom dress here a few years back. The owner is wonderful. This time we came back looking for a bridesmaid dress. We were sent downstairs to look. No one helped us , checked on us, or even asked in they could help. I truly had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress at Off the Rack Bridal World. It was a night and day difference compared to my experience at David's Bridal. Luann did such an amazing job making it so magical. It felt like something out of a fairytale. It was a day I will remember forever!
I found my wedding dress about a month ago now! Kloe did a phenomenal job and had consistent ideas based off of what I liked. She was so sweet and nice and didn’t push my budget and actually helped me stay below my budget!! Highly recommend her for a bridal appointment!
