The guys from Off The List were super professional. They texted every time they were on their way and notified us if the time changed at all. Everyday they updated us on what work they performed and if we had any questions. They install new Mahogany flooring on the porches and oiled it. Replaced the window under the porches, repaired and replaced parts of a railing that was rotted out. Replaced trim around a pillar and matched old trim. Off the List completed my punch list items with quality and efficiency. They installed new fans, pantry/closet doors, and were able to work with the odd quirks of my old home. Very friendly too!
Since there was nice weather last week, Chuck and Jason were able to come out and do the work we wanted done. Two jobs were very small, reattaching downspouts and repairing a few loose flagstones. The third and by far the biggest, was replacing our deck railings and fascia . It was more involved than we and they expected. The railings were not up to current code for height, so all the deck posts needed to be replaced. The steps also needed repair. We are absolutely thrilled with the work. We replaced 2 exterior doors as well as a storm door. The team Jason and Chuck are excellent craftsman and our doors are perfect. They arrived on time and left no mess when job was completed. They were highly recommended by a close friend so we did not get other estimates we felt their pricing was fair for the work they completed
