KC was prompt, knowledgeable and followed through just as he said he would. Boat was as described and the test drive was a great experience thanks to KC’s patience and knowledge of the local waters. Even though the state of North Carolina’s title error caused a significant delay, the Offthehook team communicated clearly and often while going above and beyond to correct the issue and get the right paperwork to us as quickly as possible.
Stay away ...... I was dealing with Ryan and he was always very busy to get back to me.. At the end he failed to make the deal which is very disappointing. I was looking at 2016 Sea Ray L590 FLY and for some reason he was extremely pushy for fast closing without following fast enough on my requests which was big red flag.. I told him he is stressing me out with this fast closing and at the end he said seller did not agree to proceed further due to the slow closing... I would not use this company for listing or purchasing
This is my review of Off The Hook Yacht Sales is in reference to the 2020 Midnight Express 37 Open with quad 450R’s advertised as “SHOWS LIKE BRAND NEW WITH LESS THAN 100 HOURS”. After hours of discussion and negotiation I had the boat under agreement pending shipment, inspection and sea trial in Massachusetts.
