Great professional LFS. Huge variety and experienced knowledgeable staff.
Husband purchased and prepaid for a fish for me last week. We got the call that the fish was in and even though it was shown as prepaid, he was treated like a criminal trying to steal a $4 fish by the owner. She acted like he was trying to steal from her even though he let her hear the voicemail. Not good service or how to treat the public.
Their knowledge about fish care and maintenance and the fact that they take their time to share it with their customers.

Donna, Kacy, Shawna and team are not only very knowledgeable about their livestock they understand how give personalized service to patrons. They treat me like FAMILY!!
