Appointment was made but never written down. They were able to get us in thankfully since we drove in from fremont. Haircuts are decent. Went to pay but of course only cash in a modern economy. So I used im assuming her atm not once but twice. The hair cuts were finished she said $19, well after I'd drawn the money out it was for each which makes sense.. price is right but given two haircuts were done why not say $40 to lessen any confusion and save me the added fees. Idk call me crazy

I came into Off the Hook for an emergency color correction. I had gone a place in Angola where my hair cut and highlights didn’t go so well and I had an out of town wedding I was in and needed a quick and affordable fix. Dawn took the time to go through options with me and find a solution. I never felt like she was in a rush to hurry up my service and she even offered to go through my hair with color again after blow drying if I wasn’t happy with it. Called in last minute for a haircut, John scheduled me within the hour. Listened to exactly what I was looking for & one of the best haircuts I’ve had through multiples cities/shops. I absolutely will be back!
