I was in need of caterer, and I was in crunch time. I had one but they later declined. I was looking for anyone near; my mom suggested a food truck. Which was perfect for us! We ordered a charcuterie board for a baby sprinkle from Off the Griddle. Kristie and her daughter brought it to our location and set it up for us then returned to take it down. They were very pleasant to work with. They knocked it out of the park with the board! First the presentation was spectacular!
